Merchant of Record

All payments for SonIQ subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, tax collection, and payment processing. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable refund policy and your consumer rights under applicable law.

Free Trial

SonIQ offers a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be collected.

Subscription Charges

After the free trial, your subscription renews automatically at $10/month. You can cancel at any time from your billing area or through Paddle's billing links in your purchase receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not offered as a general no-questions-asked guarantee. Refund requests are handled under Paddle's applicable refund policy and any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the service, or have a legal withdrawal right, you may request a refund.

SonIQ will assist with all eligible refund requests. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the period ends. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
